With this innovation GRÄSSLIN offers a persuasive solution that covers the small tray palletizer segment as well. While sequenced feeding of delicate parts and assemblies plays an important role in producing industries, the pressure on costs has increased at the same time.
This is noticeable in the type of trays used, among other things. They are becoming increasingly cheaper through savings on material, which in turn results in blister packs with ever thinner walls.

The consequence is structurally unstable trays/blister packs, which make the task of automating firms more demanding. Professional handling of trays calls for broad experience of applications and a high degree of special knowledge. GRÄSSLIN has incorporated know-how accumulated in many palletizing technology applications into this development.

Conceived in proven modular technology, the PS 05 palletizing station opens up various configurations. This ranges from an all-round solution with built-under control cabinet and workpiece handling through to a reduced table module version without the latter. In between you can choose a solution individually suited to your application.

Loading of the machine with trays is always performed manually because the tray formats are small and the weight is low. You do not therefore have to sacrifice the required autonomy of the station. Additional stacking, unstacking or stack changeover modules may be integrated.

The charm of this palletizing station also undoubtedly lies in the extremely compact design. The required floor space of only one square metre should make integration possible even in small spaces.
