Power Mate i-D is a control system for single- or double-axis applications as used, for example, in transfer lines and assembly systems. It has two independent paths, either of which can be used to control a servo or spindle motor. Using the Power Mate i-D, two single-axismachines can be operated simultaneously. Power Mate i-H offers solutions for multiple-axis applications. Among other things, it can be used for high-speed assembly lines, handling systems and inspection lines. It is designed for multiplepath operation and for controlling up to 8 axes. It permits interconnection and synchronous operation of up to 16 units, so that up to 128 axes can be controlled. This CNC positioning system is capable of linking machining and turningcentres with roughing and finishing machines as well as with a cell controller.
Features: Up to 16 control systems can be synchronised (128 axes) Electronic CAM functions Large motor selection Low maintenance Simple network connection Large selection of operating devices Convenient saving and loading of all data Wiring reduced to a minimum Simple and fast connection to FANUC robot technology
