These are presses specially designed for working in automatic mode with progressive dies, which are dies in which several successive operations are performed on the strip as it progresses automatically with each stroke by a pitch or length which exists between operations. The strip advance takes place in the upper half of the press cycle and the deformation work is performed in the lower half.
The various cutting, bending, stamping tasks, etc. lead to decenter forces and these presses are specially prepared to support these.

Basic models
Nominal force: 1.600, 2.500, 4.000, 6.300, 8.000, 10.000, 12.500 and 16.000 kN
There are various table and slide dimensions available for each nominal force.

Basic equipment included
2 or 4 points driven by eccentric wheels in the front position, or Link-drive mechanisms.

Variable speed.
Adjustable motor-driven stroke, (20 strokes).
Motor-driven adjustment of the slide.
Autoset system with diagnostic screen.
8 face slide guide.
Hydraulic safety mechanism against overloads with adjustable force limits.
Automatic recycling lubrication.
Conforms to CE Safety standards.

Optional equipment
We also offer optional automatic strip feed lines, a higher level of automation, rapid die change systems, cushions, ejectors, etc.
