Solid-state laser durability and reliability depend upon the quality of its pump chamber. New Source Technology offers a line of diffuse, high performance pump chambers that feature excellent pump efficiency, high beam uniformity, and are able to sustain like-new performance over relatively long operational lifetimes. With over twenty-five years of cumulative experience in the design and manufacture of lamp pumped solid-state cavities, our engineers have developed solutions for a wide range of industrial and medical laser applications. Our approach uniquely combines a high purity barium sulfate based reflector that is isolated from the coolant by quartz mono block and encased in a rugged aircraft grade titanium housing. The result: our designs achieve unmatched overall efficiencies that provide greater head room in the power electronics design, longer lamp lifetimes, and reduced footprint opportunities.
