Pumps equipped with rotating impeller and particularly adapted to the transfer or proportioning of lubricating viscous or slightly abrasives products.
The versions called “constant flow”, with or without safety valve, deliver a flow proportional to the number of revolutions of the engine.
The versions called “variable flow”" includes a continuous adjusting device of the cubic capacity, enabling the flow changes in service using a wheel.
These pumps cover a range of flow from 0 to 60 m3/H with discharge pressure of 7 bars maximum in standard.
Due to certain constructive provisions, it is possible to obtain a discharge pressure of 10 bars for the models with constant flow. The heads and pump housings are in cast iron with lamellate graphite FGL200 or 250, NFA 32 011 standard.

CONSTANT - FLOW PUMP :
The active part of a pump includes three parts (see figure):
- The rotor itself, actuated by the tree of the pump and including one U-shaped machining.
- The intermediate impeller, which slides in the machining of the rotor and including it self one smaller U-shaped machining
- The shuttle which slides in machining preceding and rotates on a eccentric swivel compared to the pump tree.

PUMP VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT:
As we indicated, the cubic capacity of this type of pump is proportional to the eccentricity. It results from the above formulas that at constant speed of revolutions, the flow is also proportional to the eccentricity. Thus, any mechanical device enabling e to vary this eccentricity will produce a correlative variation of the medium flow of the pump.
There exists several devices of control of the eccentricity:
- Pump with adjustable flow controlled by manual wheel
- Pump with adjustable flow controlled by servo-motor
- Automatic variable-flow pump, with manual adjustment of pressure.
