The built-in QUICKJET water jet cutting systems are designed to cut soft materials (rubber, plastics, gaskets…) with high pressure water jet (3800 bars) and hard materials (metal, ceramics, glass, stone, composite materials…) with abrasive adjunction.

The QUICKJET water jet cutting machine is constituted of a welded frame with an integrated stainless steel tank with adjustable water level by means of a water reserve, a gantry (X axis) and an overhang beam (Y axis) guided by rails and ball slides, protected by case bellows and driven by ball screws. A linear unit (Z axis) laid on the beam and manually adjustable holds the cutting head equipped with a hydraulic ON/OFF valve. The abrasive feeding system with adjustable output includes a 50 Kg tank, an abrasive borne reserve, a pneumatic transfer system with filters and a mixing chamber. The access to the cutting area is protected by a housing and a sliding curtain.

The cutting head is fed by an integrated DIGITAL CONTROL SX 222 (power : 30 Hp – can fed a 0.30 mm diameter nozzle with 3800 bar)

Useful strokes : 1000 mm x 1500 mm
