Quantronix’ new Q-mark laser marking system is an all new design featuring our new condor laser series, new marking software, new marking interface, and new control electronics and cabinet. The new Q-mark offers more capabilities in marking and engraving and has a much lower operating cost coupled with increased uptime.

Quantroinix’ new powerful and user-friendly CAD oriented Q-mark Design Commander Software is capable of single step conversation of 100+ vector and raster images with filling and editing features. In additon, the new Q-mark design commander software offers laser path optimization and laser path simulation, windows true type font supports with dynamic filling feature, point & click marking of major barcode & 2D code types and much more. The new Q-mark design commander is one of the most powerful and comprehensive marking and engraving software tool available in the industry.

The new Q-mark incorporates a new marking communication interface card (MCC-I) capable of driving up to 8 DAC channels for two 3-axis or four 2-axis scan systems and provide fast response time with Direct memory access (DMA) data transfer there by reducing the marking cycle times. In addition, the Q-mark performance is further enhanced by its newly designed laser control unit and optional cooled cabinet for operating in high ambient environments.

The new Q-mark series is designed to integrate all Quantronix’s broad spectrum of lasers with a myriad of configurations, wavelengths and varied power levels, to include IR, Green, and UV.
