The RS cleaning system is an electronically controlled plant equipped with pneumatical, hydraulical and electrical components for the cleaning and degreasing of punching and forming components and metallic component groups which are continuously arranged on a bandoleer or guided.

The cleaning materials applied are compressed air, water vapour and water (closed circuit). Water and water vapour are recycled and fed to the cleaning circuit as often as you like. Dirt particles and oils (grease) are collected each in a corresponding container.

The cleaned parts leave the system dry and ready to be processed instantly. The cleaning system can be integrated into fully automatic production processes.
