Recta-Profile is a machine vision system to check the straightness, squareness and quality, of edges of cut blanks. To this effect, Recta-Profile performs a 3D scan of cut edges.
• Accuracy ± 5 µm.
• Time required for the scan: 1 minute per meter (ca.).
• Provides the 3d shape of the whole length of the cut edge.

Includes a table, a beam, and a translating measuring head. Fully dependable measurements, based on an unalterable straightness reference (uses the tight wire principle). Works in the cutting shop environment.
