The SC-Laser series stands for Scientific and flexibility. That laser is particularly aimed for scientific applications. The user benefits from an open frame architecture gaining high flexibility.

The SC-Laser series is a flexible platform on a proprietary thermally stabilized breadboard system. Access to the laser cavity enables the customer to modify the system according to his sophisticated needs. The modifications can be performed by the user himself or by High Q Laser at the customer's specification. Examples would be a dual-repetition rate, a tunable repetition rate or harmonic conversion stages. With a size of 60 to 90cm × 33cm × 16cm the SC-Laser series offers an open-frame technology combining flexibility with stability, leading to excellent spatial and temporal beam properties.
