The system decides about the quality (good or bad) of the respective welding spot by automatic optical inspection. High variability is given by installation of different component receiver tools within the maximum dimensions inside the process chamber. Teaching of the X, Y and Z-positions of the welding spots has to be made one-time supported by approaching of the pixel and software adjustment of lighting and image processing parameters.
TEST METHOD: by image processing the technical characteristics of the welding spots are checked and the test results are issued automatically.
The test criteria can be parameterized in wide ranges in accordance with customers requirements.
SOFTWARE: - Simply to operate by interactive and user friendly guidance. - Comfortable adjustment by teaching via monitor.
