The SHI Cryogenics Group SRD/SRDK models are high performance Gifford McMahon cryocoolers. The Model SRD is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing as a key component for cryopumps. The Model SRDK, first introduced in 1995, is known for its large cooling capacity and remarkable characteristic of orientation dependence free. These two features have earned the cryocooler wide renown in the field of superconducting magnets. Both models are broadly accepted not only in the industrial market, but in research applications.
Features include:
Easy operation Orientation free Small and compact Applied to cryostats and other experimental equipment
