IPS offers a wide range of Semiconductor diode based light sources at wavelengths from 1200 - 2400 nm. We specialize in near to mid IR devices with high power and low noise. Chose from our standard Superluminescent diode (SLD), Fabry-Perot, Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA), or gain chip designs mounted on Aluminum Nitride (AlN) carriers or C-Blocks.

These semiconductor diode light sources may be "spectrum sliced" or wavelength stabilized to meet the most demanding applications.
