AdServo-Gear units are the ideal right angle drive gear units for linear axial systems.
Along with the compact design comes a new, easy to install coupling for the motor. The coupling consists of three parts,is axial connecting, backlash-free and extremely long-living. No need for feather keys - no more complicated motor mounting.
ATEK has designed this new range of tranmissions with ratios of 1 : 1 to 13 : 1 and an efficiency of up to 96% specially for the installation of servo - motors.
The AdServo is designed for permanent stability and represents a high life span, high play stability and highly tensile materials.
The AdServo-gear unit is ideally tailored to the demands of a highly dynamic cycle operation - including 24-h - permanent regimes.
Because of its high quality and lifetime lubrication AdServo needs very little maintenance and performs silently and gleichförmig.
Through a large torsional stiffness and a small torsional play, the AdServo has the utmost positioning-accuracy whilst, at the same time, having a high level of efficiency because of the single-step transmission.

Due to the compact, rectangular design variable mounting positions are possible.
The AdServo gear unit is available in multiple versions with low-backlash between one and ten angular minutes depending on the operating conditions. Therefore the spiral bevel gear sets are lapped , HPGS-toothed, ground or selected in pairs.
For the power take-off side the same versions as described in the standard right angle drive gear program are available.
