Process Monitoring for Injection Molding

Moldflow’s Shotscope process monitoring system provides a wealth of “at a glance” information to help you control your injection molding processes, improve productivity and minimize scrap and downtime.

- Real-Time Monitoring and Analysis:
The Shotscope system can acquire data from up to 36 input channels, including eight analog, 12 digital and 16 single-point (thermocouple) input channels. The system can record up to eight analog channels with 2000 points per channel, and can store up to 50 parameters for each shot, even from the fastest injection molding machines.
Use Shotscope to compare and analyze every shot against process limits that have been established for each job by using either Shotscope’s historical analysis capability or Moldflow Plastics Xpert® (MPX®) software.

The Floor Screen displays the status of every machine in real-time through the use of a color-coded plant floor layout.
