BERLINER GLAS produces high-quality screen printing on flat glass in one or several colours for use in scanners, measuring and electrical appliances, LCD or plasma TVs or touch displays. The printing is done without dust and pinholes and has excellent dimensional accuracy and edge contrast.
Material
One or two special organic based component colours are used for printing and subsequently baked in ovens. Depending on the application, screen printing can be done with UV - colours and ceramic colours as well, which are then cured at high temperatures. Semi-transparent printings, effect(mirror)-color or conductable color is possible.
