The CTR 210i is an intrinsically safe single loop controller that can be installed directly in hazardous areas.

The CTR 210i is operated by 8 keys on the front panel. Direct connection of sensors and actuators in the hazardous area
Three analogue inputs 4 - 20 mA or optional PT 100 (3 - wire)
The two analogue outputs can be used in a splitrange function.

Six digital outputs for alarms.
Modbus interface for the communication with a supervisory system.

Special software functions: Cascade control, ratio control, difference control, dual loop control
As a dual loop controller, the controller provides two parallel output signals or alternatively the lowest respectively the highest of each.
Special functions for temperature- control of batch reactors, e.g. the limitation of the difference between jacket- and product temperature and the prevention of batch-temperature overshoots.
