For deep UV applications, our Spectrosil® bubble-free, synthetic fused silica is manufactured using a patented environmentally friendly chlorine-free process, which results in a glass of exceptional purity and transmission and durability.

Grades are available for the most demanding of applications, including Spectrosil® 2200 excimer laser grade for the manufacture of optical components for use in microlithography stepper systems at 248 and 193 nm as well as other excimer laser application.
