Additional option (not with A7) for the accurate vision alignment of Flip Chips and substrates using a video system with the high resolution microscopes Leica MZ6 or MZ75.

MIRAGE 96 enables two opposite corners of a component and its corresponding pads on the substrate to be viewed with high magnification, as well as the whole picture. It fits into the microscope between the optics carrier and binocular tube.The optical overlay of lead and pad arrangements can be seen simultaneously on the monitor in split field view and through the microscope in stereo view (see picture on the left).

The following table shows the available magnifications. The module can easily be retrofitted without affecting any existing viewing arrangement, stereoscopic view is not affected.
