SprayMaster systems designed for the investigation of liquid injection processes

The SprayMaster system family (SprayMaster inspex, Fuel, Flow, High Speed) is mainly designed for the investigation of liquid injection processes and subsequent evaporation in many fields. Direct visualization and quantitative analysis of the transient nature of sprays is provided. The development of SprayMaster was mainly triggered by car manufacturers (gasoline direct injection engines) but now further enhancements specific to other applications provide benefits from optical spray analysis to several additional fields.
Applications - fuel injectors for combustor or IC-engines - characterization of ink jet nozzles - spray optimization for coating, painting, medical or agricultural applications
System configuration lightsource: laser (UV or VIS or both) or flashlamp camera: high resolution CCD with or without intensifier control unit: PC with hardware for control of all devices software: for data capture, evaluation and whole system control optics accessories: UV enabled, filters, endoscopes, image doubler electronics: laser shutter, energy monitor, synchronization, engine simulator mechanics accessories: adjustable mounts, rails, flexible light guiding arm (also see product range for a full overview)
