InPhenix's TO-56 and TO-9 packaged SLEDs can deliver broad wavelength in a compact package. They are optimized to function as free space broadband light sources in applications including optical coherence tomography, biomedical imaging systems, fiber optic sensors and optical test instruments. InPhenix's SLEDs cover wavelengths ranging from 800nm to 1620nm.
