Schott Lithotec Q0 high 3 dimensional optical homogeneity / striae free.
Schott Lithotec Q1 high homogeneity / zero striation in one direction.
Schott Lithotec Q2 used for general optics in the visible range and most UV applications.
Schott Lithotec QT low grade technical applications.
Schott Lithotec Q0/1-E193 excimer grade for 193nm use.
Schott Lithotec Q0/1-E248 excimer grade for use at 248nm.
Full transmittance and fluorescence properties can be supplied upon request.

Schott Lithotec Synthetic Fused Silica's can be supplied on twin polished wafers for subsequent dry spluttering processes (sensor chip manufacture).
