Exitech offer a range of tools for TCO patterning of large area display panels (e.g. PDPs) based on high power, multimode lasers operating at a wavelength of 1.06 µm. Specialist optics designed to provide uniform, shaped beam profiles are ideally suited to mask projection techniques. Combining this unique optical system with "Bow Tie Scanning" (BTS) results in high speed processing where several million cells can be patterned per minute. Plate sizes of 1.6m x 1.6m can be accommodated allowing the processing of 42"- 61" display panels.
