TX-2000 and OX-2000 Series are small, pager-size intrinsically safe personal gas detectors capable of continuously monitoring toxic gases or oxygen in hazardous locations. There are several configurations to choose from; each instrument is supplied with an electrochemical sensor for monitoring a specific gas or oxygen deficiency/enrichment. These lightweight hand-held instruments are effective warning devices for staff working in areas that can contain toxic gases. The TX-2000 or OX-2000 may be used by personnel entering a building, room, or area where toxic gases are stored, used, or generated. The instrument has a digital display of the gas concentration and audio/visual alarms that are activated at two different programmed alarm levels.
