Optikos's ThermCheck™ Portable MRTD is a self-contained testing device for verifying the performance of thermal imaging systems. It does not require the unit under test to be removed from its normal housing and therefore can be used regularly in the field to ensure that thermal imagers are fully functional at all times. In the GO/NO-GO mode of operation an operator can determine within a few minutes whether an imager satisfies a set of predefined tests. For more detailed performance measurements, the MRTD mode is available for use by technicians
