Many of Fabreeka's® thermoplastic belts can be supplied with a profiled finish.

Depending on the profile, the thickness and the hardness of the top cover, they all have individual characteristics - from high grip for inclined conveyors to easier release properties.

Belts with top covers of 1 mm or more can be coated with PVC, PU or other plastics in a selection of varying hardnesses before being profiled.

This standard range of profiles can be matched with Fabreeka's® diverse range of PVC, PU and Fabplast conveyor belting so that the right belt can be selected to meet the requirements of the application. With this ability, Fabreeka® customizes to the max
Specially designed Super-Grip to reduce wear patterns
No large minimum quantities required for special productions; lengths longer than 1500 mm can be profiled or coated to customer needs (max 1200 mm wide)
Super-Grip, sawtooth, diamond profile and nr.5; VDR profile are available in slab form on 2000 mm wide for competitive pricing
