A turn-key solution:
The candling machine is our brand new technology and offers revolutionary functions. It is registered and patented all over the world, and has a proven reliability. It marks clear eggs with ink and suits all poultry productions.
- Very accurate early candling.
Egg candling from as early as 6 to 7 days of incubation (depending on the type of egg), limiting embryonic mortality and resulting in a gain of space within incubators and hatchers.
- Optimal performance.
Throughput can reach up to 150 000 eggs per hour, depending on the type of trays increasing efficiency and considerable time saving.
- Remarkable modularity
Adaptable to the various poultry productions and compatible with all type of trays (steel or plastic) with a width in between 290 mm and 510 mm (approximately 11.42 to 20.08 inches).
- System of high technicality
With its industrial image processing and controlled monochromatic light generator (needing hardly any maintenance), this machine offers 100% reliability. It is the 3rd generation of a product unequalled in the market.
- Maximum traceability
Direct visualization on the screen, paper printing, data transfer by ports, Ethernet or wi-fi of the candling results in order to control the fertility and the quality of the breeding stock, and to provide extremely accurate sales forecast via alphanumeric “batch processing”.
- Innovative marking and transfer systems.
Marking of the eggs by ink jet and possibility of automatic selection of clear or fertile eggs using a transfer machine (that VISIO NERF also manufactures).
