Very low air consumption owing to the special multichamber cylinder.
The continuously adjustable standard stroke is 40 mm. The stroke of the 4, 8, and 12 kN LP presses can be extended to max. 60 mm, that of the 13 and 20 kN LP presses to max. 80 mm on request.
The precise and non-floating adjustable V guide safeguards accurate working, even with tools without a guidance.
The detachable gripping piece allows fixing of the spigot from the front.
By means of the gripping piece a high holding force is achieved without damage to the fixing spigot.
The head of the press is guided by an H7-manufactured flat guidance.
A solid gripping safeguards the exact position of the head.
The daylight can be quickly and easily adjusted by means of a fine-pitch thread operated by a crank handle.

The high daylight as well as the wide throat can be extended even further on request.
The electropneumatic safety controls with the present CE regulations.
Combination of the GECHTER rotary indexing table with each of the SEM/Control 2000 presses allows up-to-date and rational working with large-scale series.
The range of application can be substantially expanded by means of customer-specific accessory equipment.
