UHV Multi-CF™ high vacuum Fittings

PRINT
BACK

Kimball Physics UHV Multi-CF™ Fittings is a unique line of ultra high vacuum fittings including modular chambers, complex instrument housings, apparatus mounts and flanges. These components are compatible with standard ConFlat* (CF) flanges and provide maximum internal volume for a given CF size. Multiple ports provide exceptional internal access. The components are made of 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, or titanium, and are serial numbered for traceability. All fittings are UHV bakeable to 450oC and have mirror-like, UHV-clean interior-surface finishes.

In addition to having a variety of unique complex shapes, the Multi-CF™ Fitting line uses a flexible method of mounting apparatus inside of vacuum. Called the Groove–Grabber / Grabber–Groove system, this technology permits easy mounting of almost any kind of equipment or device, from the inside diameter of any prepared flange or port.
