Specialists in solvent removal Genevac (www.genevac.co.uk) have announced a free-of-charge upgrade promotion on their popular benchtop centrifugal evaporator - the EZ-2. Running up to and including 30th June 2004 the 'Two plus Two = More' promotion celebrates the global success of Genevac's top selling product.

The upgrades will be as follows. For each EZ-2 ordered, Genevac will supply a top-of-the-range EZ-2 Plus system. For each EZ-2 Plus ordered, Genevac will supply an EZ-2 Plus HCl system. The highly durable and acid resistant construction of the EZ-2 Plus HCl allows removal of high concentrations of even acid chlorides without any loss of performance or long-term deterioration of the system.

Incorporating the latest centrifugal evaporation technology in a compact and easy-to-use benchtop model, the EZ-2 series is priced to be affordable by almost any laboratory.
Intuitive controls and large LCD display provide ease of use comparable to a typical rotary evaporator yet the EZ-2 can process many more samples per unit time.

Using proprietary smart evaporator software the EZ-2 provides true walk-away automation so simple and sample safe that anyone can use it with confidence. The proprietary pump technology combined with a visible glass condenser trap and easy access solvent drain valve make the EZ-2 series probably the most compact and reliable sample evaporator available. A special operating mode also allows the EZ-2 to be used as a low speed centrifuge.
