Oversized copper wound transformer.
Double cylinder pneumatic jack allowing use of long adjustable arms for optimum working conditions. 266kg squeezing force with standard arms (180mm).

High welding current (up to 11000 Amps), giving a high quality weld with single side spotter.
Compressed air cooling system for all cable, arms and transformer.
Cooling system set off automatically at 40°C with independent cut off point at 80°C for each tool.


USER-FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION:

Hand-operated pneumatic pliers with extra aperture for difficult to reach areas
Pivoting head allowing the integration of shorter cables and thereby minimizing electrical losses.

- Current sensing device with modification of welding time to compensate for current fluctuations.
- Pulsating currents, pre-pulse to produce spatter and spark-free welding of galvanized and coated steels, post-pulse to avoid steal hardening.
