Sometimes a standard positioning table is not the right choice for a particular motion control application. Nor is it possible, or practical, to have the positioning system built in house by your own design team. Let us take a look at your special requirements. We have been designing and building custom positioning systems for over 30 years. We can use our many years of experience to help you select the right approach to a unique motion control problem. Below are just a few of the many different custom positioning systems we have built.

Three axis (X-Y-Z) automated part assembly machine. Square rail linear bearings are mounted to a flexible aluminum support structure. All three axes are ball screw driven and also have linear encoders mounted to each axis. Travel is 3 feet (1meter) by 3 feet (1 meter) by 10 feet (3 meters).
