The Universal Robotic Platform (URP) is specifically configured to meet custom automation requirements in either high volume or high mix production environments. Each platform incorporates quick-change endeffectors with integral force sensing and customized grippers. The Windows compatible software and simulation GUI allows operation by semi-skilled operators. The platform can also incorporate: vision alignment and inspection; conveyors; vibratory feeding bowls; flex feeders; tape or stick feeders; customized tooling; and many other customer specific requirements.
