Improved sewing quality and ease of use a standard model for sewing plain and 3-step zigzag stitches which is ideal for large production volumes.
This is a zigzag stitcher which is based on an electronic zigzag stitcher, LZ2-B855E, B856E. A reliable double eccentric cam (for plain zigzagging) and also a new type of cam (for 3-step zigzagging) with an extremely small needle deflection has been adopted in the needle zigzag mechanism. Both these features give much higher-quality finishes to zigzag stitching. They also greatly boost the sewing machines durability and reliability.
