Principle :

Based on a cross laser projection, ZPA sensor measures angles and Z-axis distance.

Applications :

- Robot trajectory adjustment : With the 80 mm stand off, it is possible to reach measurement points at any angle.
- Welded joint profile measurement : servo-robot's gluing inspection for the Automotive Sector
- Inspection of spot-facing depth, inspection of the positioning of holes in relation to the whole part, etc.
